Nick deserves more than 5 stars. He is very kind, punctual, considerate, and competent. I am an old customer and have needed another repair so I contacted him again. I greatly recommend his service to anybody needing all sorts of electrical-related problems. Last but the most important thing, he charges a reasonable amount of fee, much lower than others.

I contacted Nick when I had a problem with my old fuse box and electrics in my new house, turns out I needed a full rewire but Nick was very reassuring and broke everything down in layman’s terms about everything he was going to do. He went through the plan room by room before giving me a quote, making me feel like I was in control, even though I was quite clueless! I was able to choose exactly where I wanted new lights and sockets to go, and during the rewire Nick was always happy to answer any questions I had and was always available to chat. He regularly checked in and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. Because of Nick and Anthony, my new house is now electrically safe, I have an updated consumer unit, I have nice new spotlights in the living room and I now even have two new radiators in the bedrooms, courtesy to his plumber. I have used Nick for two separate jobs this year and couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the outcomes. Nick is very professional and looks to do a good job rather than trying to do a quick job. We had Nick and Anthony in to do a partial rewire, install additional sockets and light and install a new consumer board. Nick came round to quote for the job. He was polite and professional and took on board everything we wanted. He sent through the quote within a couple of days. Everything was clear and easy to understand as everything was itemised. The job was done over 2 stages. The first stage was installing all the new wiring which included channelling walls. This created a lot of mess but everyday Nick and Anthony cleared up any mess that had been made. Each day they arrived at the time agreed and worked a full day. Whilst doing the work they came across a couple of unsafe connections and fixed these straight away as they ensure that when they leave the house is safe. At the beginning we advised Nick and Anthony about our daughters needs and they were very respectful in the way they worked in her room ensuring as little disruption was caused. I really appreciated this as I felt they understood our situation and worked with us. At the end of the first fix we did not have power to our hall light so they left us with a lamp that we could use until they returned for the final works after the plasterers had been. Once they had finished I called Nick and he arranged to come round and do the final stage within a few days. Again we agreed what time Nick and Anthony would arrive each day and again they were always on time. Throughout the entire time Nick and Anthony were working on our house they kept us informed of everything such as if they came across anything they were not expecting, timings of work etc. Both Nick and Anthony are friendly, hardworking and trustworthy. They are genuinely the nicest tradesman I have ever dealt with. Deciding to use them was the best decision we could have made. I know my house is now very safe.

Called Nick to deal with an issue on a Sunday , he advised when he would arrive and he said he would let me know when on route. True to his word he did. Nick was professional and so pleasant. He explained the cause of the issue and how he was going to rectify it. He then checked over some other concerns I had and offered really good advice. The work was completed very efficiently , Nick was very courteous, polite and friendly. Definitely recommend and top of my list for all future work.
